Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Cultivate a welcoming and personalized customer environment; deliver exceptional experiences and drive engagement.
• Leadership + Team Management: Build an inclusive culture, recruit and develop talent, and onboard new hires to strengthen brand, store connection and performance.
• Visual + Business Operations: Plan daily, weekly, and monthly procedures; analyze forecasts; oversee scheduling, payroll, and store operations; ensure visual merchandising execution and product flow.
• Communication + Relationships: Maintain open dialogue with teams; share store insights with District Manager and Home Office; coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure service levels.
