Location can be MI or OH, with a base in the Midwest. The role requires strong leadership, merchandising and talent development capabilities to drive sales and ensure consistent brand execution across stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store or multi-store experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Well-rounded leader with a proven record of hiring and developing creative and operational talent.
• Strong business acumen and ability to achieve visual and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads district teams to deliver a welcoming customer environment with authentic engagement.
• Collaborates on merchandising and display execution to create compelling local store visuals.
• Evolves the brick-and-mortar experience as Omni channel capabilities expand and gathers field feedback.
• Oversees store leadership in onboarding, growth conversations, training plans, and open-door communication.
