H&M is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store team and deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience. You will ensure visual and commercial presentation aligns with global guidelines, while promoting customer loyalty and sustainable in-store initiatives.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop your team, manage scheduling and store operations, analyze sales and budgets, and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total omni customer experience and store presentation
