The role requires strong leadership, staffing, budgeting, and compliance with safety standards; you will drive profitability and ensure smooth daily operations while training and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work in store operations.
• Previous management experience in a retail operation or Parker’s.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
• Speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values.
• Lead, plan, and organize store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure proper training and motivation.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain standards to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
• Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Monitor sales and work toward financial goals and targets.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, register operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in kitchen operations is preferred.
