Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work in store operations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
• Skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
• Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader with managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper training and motivation.
• Partner with the Store Leader to foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, ordering, stocking, and budgeting.
