Parker’s Kitchen in the United States (South Carolina) is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to support all aspects of store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. You will work closely with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop team members.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory, budgeting support, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist the Store Leader on training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
Support the Store Leader with managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper training and motivation.
Partner with the Store Leader to foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering, and stocking to meet standards and goals.
