Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A structured 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with ongoing career and leadership development opportunities and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store and contribute to achieving financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure successful store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program and ongoing leadership development.
