Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction. We offer 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate up to 50 miles from home
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in leadership training program for success
