Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial and guest satisfaction results. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
