Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store within the Panda Restaurant Group family. You will hire and lead team members, drive guest satisfaction, and help achieve financial goals while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
