Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a General Manager to shape store culture, guest experience and business results in a luxury jewelry environment. You will lead all aspects of the store, drive performance, coach talent, and deliver personalized, relationship-based service that celebrates life’s moments.

This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for people. You will inspire teams, manage priorities, and elevate the Jared brand in every customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience or 2+ years sales with 1+ year management
• Specialty retail/jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Professionalism, integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Responsabilités

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations and customer experience
• Analyze trends and implement strategies to improve performance
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance and discipline
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches and promotions
• Create a luxury service culture and ensure all touchpoints reflect Jared’s brand standards
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, and personalized selling experiences
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent and foster an inclusive environment
