Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a General Manager to own the store culture, customer experience, and business performance. This leader balances luxury service with operational excellence, talent development, and strategic leadership to create a destination experience powered by people and meaningful moments.

You will lead a team to deliver elevated service, drive sales, and maintain brand standards across promotions and visual execution.

Qualifications

3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year of management experience.
Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.

Responsibilities

Drive total store performance across sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies to improve performance.
Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotions.
Lead the Total Store Experience with luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence.
Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling.
