Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Brandywine, Maryland. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community. Flexible scheduling and relocation flexibility within 50 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.
