Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in the US. You will supervise and coach the store team, oversee merchandising, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes developing talent from within and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The position offers an opportunity to manage store activities, learn company systems, and participate in incentive programs. Training is provided and advancement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience welcomed.
• Ability to supervise and coach store employees, develop leaders, and drive customer service.
• Experience using store reports and P&L to improve profitability.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs in the store.
• Lead store team, drive profitability, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty promotions.
