Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or store leadership experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and training skills.
• Ability to analyze store reports and P&L to drive change.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store staff.
• Develop and retain team by identifying qualified applicants and promoting leadership.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs to drive store profitability.
• Use store reports and P&L data to implement improvements.
• Handle cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty rewards.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health and sanitation procedures.
