• Set daily shift goals and coordinate with associates.
• Open and close routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain safety standards and keep the store clean.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
