Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store execution and leadership tasks. You will be the front line of our leadership team, driving customer experiences, product knowledge, and adherence to policies.

You’ll coach associates, lead daily goals, manage opening/closing routines, and contribute to visual merchandising and safety standards. A strong customer focus and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback to managers on performance of individuals and teams.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and service excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct the team accordingly.
• Open/close routines including cash handling, shipments, and following directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset changes, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Engage in physical retail tasks, including standing, lifting and movement.
• Perform ladder work and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and company values.
