Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales execution and store operations. You will assist with opening/closing duties, lead when on duty, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer-service capabilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor store associates.

Responsibilities

• Support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store tasks.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and resolve customer or maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals when associates arrive.
• Open and close routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and marketing placement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
