Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and staff training.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Assist store management in the Manager's absence.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
