Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including assistants and staff, reporting to Area/District Manager.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in all actions.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, procedures, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive enrollment in the store’s membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee store operations, drive performance, and develop employees.
• Meet sales goals through coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and build career paths for staff.
• Maintain store standards and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
• Handle cash tasks and ensure SOPs; maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Operate computers/printers and schedules; keep store clean and organized.
• Drive inviting store atmosphere and ensure displays align with guidelines.
• Support strategic planning to increase traffic and sales.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
