Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to meet sales and service goals.
• Communicate store business goals and initiatives to all associates.
• Manage metrics across sales, visual standards, safety, and scheduling.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set direction for the store.
• Coach leaders to create development plans for team members.
• Address associate relations issues with sensitivity and promptness.
• Collaborate with area/regional management and participate in meetings.
• Foster teamwork and cross-channel collaboration across the business.
