Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Operations Associate in Costa Mesa, CA to keep the stockroom organized and support the sales floor. You will handle shipments, inventory tasks, and assist with store displays while upholding company policies and safety standards.

You’ll work with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly, merchandise is accurately displayed, and store operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and ensure products are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Process shipments and handle curbside pickup orders and store transfers promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Conduct stock checks and organize stockroom for efficiency.
• Greet customers and respond to questions, involving management as needed.
• Support store safety standards and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchants on floor layout and seasonal changes.
• Notify team of receipts, discrepancies, or merchandise condition.
