Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee hiring, training and scheduling while driving KPI targets and ensuring brand standards across merchandising, omni-channel activities and daily store routines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand supervision and planning to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive KPIs.
• Recruit and develop associates; coach and counsel; maintain policy adherence.
• Execute company processes and digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention, asset protection and compliance.
