Job summary

Buckle in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for full-time, on-site work. You will support sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, cooperating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit Teammates.

Your duties include greeting Guests, recommending merchandise, showing a high level of service, leading by example, performing POS tasks, and upholding Buckle’s visual and policy standards to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus; strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable.
• Ability to learn Buckle policies, procedures and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in all areas of the store.
