Job summary

Buckle in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. This role combines sales, merchandising and daily store operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will lead by example, coach Teammates, drive sales, manage guest service, and help recruit and develop new team members. On-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer service and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and knowledge of current promotions.
• Lead by example with showmanship and coaching for Teammates and Leaders.
• Perform store operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
