Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve goals.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities.
• Strong track record of improving customer experience and sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising/operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans and communicate results to associates.
• Identify store opportunities and create timely solutions with department heads.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in managing total store operations in the manager's absence.
• Drive sales and control costs to meet budgets and targets.
