Lidl US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Suwanee, GA to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the store team and delivering Lidl’s value-driven shopping experience.

You will help own store performance, ensure top-notch customer service, monitor KPIs, and lead key store projects while supporting daily operations such as cash, stock, cleaning, and safety. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily.
• Willingness to participate in the physical operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to reach full potential daily.
• Provide excellent customer service and be the lead contact for customer needs.
• Monitor and drive improvement of store KPIs.
• Lead projects like weekly promotional store sets and re-merchandising.
• Provide hands-on support for cash management, stock, cleaning and other tasks.
• Ensure a safe, productive working environment per policy.
