Job summary

Lidl US in Georgia seeks a Store Manager to lead and develop a store team of 15–60 associates, drive customer service and store performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations daily.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage cash handling and stock, and uphold company standards while delivering Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience. This role requires physical work and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the patience to de-escalate tense situations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in the physical operations of the store daily.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and reach above shelving heights.
• ServSafe certification acquisition and maintenance may be required.
• State-specific store alcohol licensing knowledge as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and well-being of the store and all its team members.
• Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team.
• Provide hands-on support for cash management, working stock, cleaning, and other store tasks.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment according to policies.
