Job summary

Buckle in Liberal, KS is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive a best-in-class shopping experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, while handling sales, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with higher-level duties, coaching, and performance expectations to maintain exceptional guest service and store results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a high level of customer service and accountability.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of Teammates.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including cashiering, merchandising, and loss prevention.
