Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus a generous benefits package and opportunities for career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet goals.
• Support hiring, coaching, and directing staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program lasting 3+ weeks.
