Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing career development.
