Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the operations of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals, and ensure guest experiences remain exceptional.

The role includes a three-week or longer Leadership Training program and opportunities for mentorship within our Panda family, with preparation for continued growth and storewide success across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program.
