Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will hire, supervise and motivate associates, aiming to meet financial targets. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to manage conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safety and efficiency during peak periods.
