Job summary

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for store management responsibilities, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, helping to hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support a leadership training program with 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for management responsibilities.
