Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN. The role includes sales, merchandising, and operations duties, with leadership responsibilities and teammate training.

The AIT/Assistant Manager will progress toward higher duties, help recruit teammates, and ensure a high level of guest service. Pay range is $18-$22 per hour, on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, merchandising, and basic store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teammates.
• Experience in recruiting and training new teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in achieving store goals.
• Train and motivate teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Perform sales, merchandising, cashiering, and store upkeep tasks as needed.
