Job summary

Buckle is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, leading sales efforts, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and willingness to lead teams.
• Ability to train Teammates and cover Store Manager in absence.
• Strong emphasis on guest service and merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with sales leadership and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and development of Teammates.
• Maintain merchandising, displays and POS procedures.
