Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations.
• Lead sales, merchandising and training tasks.
• Provide legendary guest service and resolve issues.
• Recruit and develop teammates and step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Support cash handling, register procedures, and store cleanliness.
