Job summary

Buckle at The Avenues Mall in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant in Training transitioning to an Assistant Manager role. You will work on-site full-time, leading sales and merchandising tasks while coordinating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will train Teammates, drive guest service, maintain store standards, and help recruit and develop staff to support store goals and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or related retail training/experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train teammates on store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist in sales and merchandising tasks.
• Lead by example, train teammates, and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure store standards, loss prevention and performance measures are met.
