Job summary

This role trains Teammates, drives sales, merchandising, and operations while preparing for full managerial duties in the Buckle environment.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and participate in daily operations and leadership activities across the store to maintain Buckle’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or management preferred.
