Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the best possible shopping experience for Guests.

You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership in their absence, with a clear progression from AIT to Assistant Manager. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, train teammates, and ensure high standards in service, product knowledge,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates and lead when the Store Manager is absent.
• Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, POS procedures, and maintaining a clean, shoppable environment.
