Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, guest service and store operations in our Indianapolis location.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, develop talent, and ensure excellent customer experiences across all areas of the store. Responsibilities include coaching Teammates, managing visual merchandising, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage merchandise, display and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and leadership actions.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; train in leadership and performance.
• Oversee merchandising, zone ownership and visual standards.
• Manage store operations, scheduling and Loss Prevention practices.
