High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience as department manager or equivalent.
Experience coaching and developing associates to achieve goals.
Ability to use KPIs and data to inform decisions.
Ability to collaborate across departments to improve store performance.

Responsabilités

Assist store manager and associates in achieving a favorable customer shopping experience.
Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department managers.
Develop action plans and communications based on survey results.
Identify store opportunities and implement timely solutions.
Model exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
Manage total store operations in the manager's absence.
Drive sales, reduce shrink, and meet budgets and safety goals.
Participate in budget discussions and labor cost management.
Build relationships with local community organizations and union reps if applicable.
