Job summary

POP MART in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead one or more POP MART retail locations. You will own store performance, develop a high-performing team, manage operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with POP MART’s brand standards and global retail strategy.

The role requires directing sales, merchandising, and marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze business trends, product performance, and customer demand to drive commercial decisions.
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain strong communication with Area Manager and cross-functional partners regarding store performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
• Support RoboShop operations and coordination with business partners when applicable.
• Champion a customer-first culture utilizing Popmart's selling framework to consistently deliver brand appropriate service standards.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain store presentation standards aligned with POP MART brand storytelling.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
• Own store talent planning and recruiting efforts, including building candidate pipelines, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members to ensure the store is staffed to support business needs and growth.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching, development planning, and succession planning.
• Deliver consistent performance feedback and recognition.
• Ensure completion of onboarding, compliance training, and job-skills training.
