Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Support merchandise organization from delivery to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain fixtures and displays, supervise staff, and ensure safety.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure store assets.
