You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise flow, and loss prevention while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to train and coach Store Associates, maintain clean, organized sales floors, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reading/understanding operational directives is expected.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
