Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties including walking, standing, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Supervise and develop store associates; support Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures; ensure security and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom and sales floor.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling functions.
