Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail valued.
• Experience in staffing, training, performance evaluations and counseling per policy.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory control and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation and selling.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and counsel employees; address performance gaps.
• Open and close the store; ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Evaluate sales trends, manage inventory, and control costs and shrink.
• Ensure cashier accountability, proper cash controls, and safety standards.
