Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising to support the Store Leader in achieving sales, guest service, and merchandising excellence in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will lead a guest-focused team, manage floor sets and window displays, and ensure the store reflects brand aesthetics while driving results. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities to achieve store goals including guest service and sales.
• Plan and maintain floor sets, window installations, and product placement.
• Lead and train associates, coach performance, and manage loss prevention.
