Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising to support the Store Leader in delivering best-in-class guest service, sales objectives, and merchandising presentation across our 130+ locations. The role focuses on elevating visual design, sustaining high standards, and driving guest engagement.

You will lead and coach the team, manage floor sets, window displays, and store atmosphere, while ensuring loss prevention and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.
• Strong guest service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals, guest service, and merchandising standards.
• Plan, execute and maintain floor sets, window installations, and store presentation.
• Coach and develop associates, manage training, and drive results.
