Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong selling experience with proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business dictates.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership consistent with Jockey's values; drive store profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Establish positive relationships with coworkers and guests.
• Lead store team through coaching and development for high performance.
• Recruit, select and train qualified store associates; onboard new hires.
• Review KPIs with staff and drive profitability and service.
• Maintain store standards: visuals, security, inventory control, HR, expenses, and policies.
• Execute corporate programs, including Jockey Rewards; merchandising and stock management.
• Open/close procedures and process sales transactions; safeguard cash and assets.
